Thanks Sandls, I spoke to Mr.Garcia back when the Orange County contract was signed by Mr Hodge and Mr Sylvester. I called the company in 2011 when the pdf of the OC contract was on the OC Sheriff's website with personal information such as SS and TaxID numbers of both Mr Hodge and Mr Sylvester. I was directed to him by the person who answered the phone for Ez Card, he was really appreciative of call and was able to remove the information from the OC Sheriff's website. Anyway good luck to all, it sure looks like new markets will be opening for GPSI. GLTA and GO GPSI$$$$
