It isn't BRND's bottle or website when someone else pays to have it made. They take it with them good or bad. Its how business works. If I pay Joe for a website for my company and then Joe and I get pissed at each other the website is still mine. I paid for it so it belongs to me. Why would it be smart for them to work with BRND again. BRND shareholders aren't AB Partner shareholders. They have no reason to look out for us. This is just basic business.
