They keep things rather close to their chests, practically on the Apple side of the spectrum, but I agree it looks unlikely they'll have 20nm reaching the customers in 2014.

I think they are due a refresh of the Krait architecture though. It has the same fetch and decode width as the ARM A15 and a shorter pipeline and can work with a faster clock and use up less power - but the ARM A15 is 20% faster at the same frequency. I don't understand why that is happening, both of them are probably doing something a bit wrong which means there is probably room for a reasonable sized improvement without pushing the power envelope.
