And at the time I, mistakenly, thought that was a buy that might signal a pretty good run.

There seems to be a de facto opinion among many that if someone with a lot of money buys in, that MUST mean they KNOW something. Sometimes yes but not always. People with a lot of money can make mistakes just like us little guys, they are human too.
