I think folks are trying to wrap their heads around the size this is going to become after all the adjustments are made to the corporate structure, which might have some delay.

It is quite typical, even amongst the Big Board that a stock price will decline, or remain status quo when a company issues a statement of Expansion because this suggests spending money.

However, it is also typical during that interim that a potential decline or flatness in the pps is very short-lived.

Many sharp, and insightful Investors have become very wealthy purchasing stocks during this Expansion and Decline in pps period because well planned Expansion=Progress=higher future Revenue=higher future PPS.

imo, as a company that emulates the Big Boards, MINE is all that.
