I am well aware of that and thanks for keeping a levelheaded approach to this investment kris...Keeps us all on our toes.
However, you have to keep in mind that even with almost total resection (complete resection is a myth there will always be a percentage of cancer left, even with advanced microsurgery at least 1-2% of cancer will be left behind) the survival rate is absolutely dismal. Even with full Standard of Care the 5 year survival rate is very very low, close to 4-5%, not more than 8%.
Total resection, chemo and rad usually do not add more than 6-9 months.
We can see why 50% is huge.

Resection, or at the very least tumor debulking, is standard of care.

We debulk first, and then have the patient proceed to chemo and/or XRT.
