This may also lead to all the statements by Mr Riss becoming void if FF takes control. Thus, FF could fire, hire, R/S and anything else they want.

I believe it would be interesting to get some young blood into the company. Many posts have talked about buyouts of other tech companies. Yet, these companies provided catchy products. Even Yahoo pay top dollar for young talent to make them more "cool", which appears to be paying off.

I believe a change in management is needed. At least I would then give them a year in order to see if new management can turn the company around. At the current status, nothing changes Q after Q for the bottom line. JMO
