Agreed, it is a volatile stock.

IMO it is not an investment, but a day traders and flippers paradise.

IMO, I believe the day is over for unsubstantiated promotion.

IMO, the only thing that will make this a long-term investment are ...
1) verifiable revenues and contracts,
2) actual ships (owned, managed, joint ventured, or leased),
3) audited financials and voluntary 8K's to establish non existent credibility,
4) non issuance of future "forward looking" PR's,
5) fulfillment of past "forward looking" PR's,
6) true operations and operating income,
7) clean-up of legal horseplay mess,i.e. Saenz Yachts, Red Tide dividends,
8) compliance to By Laws and Articles of Incorporation,i.e. annual stockholders meetings, proxies, corporate record transparency,
9) lifting of TA gag order, as required by By Laws.
10) compliance to gov't regulatory groups, i.e. current SoS registrations in Delaware, Nevada, and Florida, Seller of Travel registration (one cannot take a single booking on-line without such), meeting MARAD bond requirements; many of which are non existent or have been repetitively in default.
11) clean-up (settlement and payment)of all defaulted and unrecorded debt.
12) disclosures of shares issued to attorneys, professionals, and consultants in order to avoid conflict of interests. (For example, if an attorney received free shares for compensation and than use the courts in order to suppress information to manipulate the stock price; that attorney can be disbarred and also violates SEC rules).

This CEO has been his own worst enemy.
