Justice, Tanke, Inc. owns the water treatment technology. PVEC will get nothing if it is used in every hotel in China. I read it that Peter adapted their technology to the maritime industry and was paid $800K by Tanke for the rights to use it on ships that want to adapt to this for the next ten years.
