they are technically already merged. Don't wait for that..look at the current valuation of the company, and look at the market cap. Trades at fractions of its true value..should be at .03 at 1x earnings and .12 at 4x which is typical. Investors will come in. But it's a penny stock so it's gonna take some momo to get it on the main radars
