Very nice post and a lot of good questions about their strategy. One thing is certain- Growlife has had a flurry of concrete steps in the last 6 months that has solidified them as major innovative players in this nascent industry. The rest of the pack is watching what their next move will be.

Great post.

For me the company has turned from a short term trade (for the most part) into a hold for now. I actually like that the company is flexible and pursuing opportunities as they arise. Store fronts may have been the original push but things change and these guys are smart enough to take advantage of it. I like the whole feel of the grass roots involvement by investors and their interaction with the company. This is refreshing and much appreciated. Actually exciting to be part of.

Agreed Lombardi - Phot is a legitimate company - with reportable earnings.....
Dillution definitely not a problem here.....
PHOT is quickly becoming a leader amongst these little MJ "dot bongs"......

I believe that the raids on the MMJ dispensaries you speak of were anything but random......
One MAJOR item to keep in mind (At least for the present) is that all transactions are CASH ONLY!!!!!!!
I live in CO and what I am hearing is these raids were generated (Most likely) by information provided to the authorities by undercover officers making purchases.....Tax issues most likely..

If the dispensaries all had and used one of PHOT's kiosks, no doubt it would make the tracking of the "Seed to Sale" much easier to follow.....

You also have to keep in mind that the "Medical" side is NOT subject to the new (Highly inflated) taxs that were just voted in.....Which may actually help outfits like PHOT, because home growing is legal here in CO.....Recreational sales will go off the charts for the 1st year...Generating millions in tax revenue...Residents will initially make purchases, but the new taxes will get old very fast...Retail outlets have no recourse but to pass along the 15% tax they have to pay the grower...It is just going to make the cost of MJ more in the store than on the black market...Alternative? Keep making purchases from a friend of a friend OR GROW YOUR OWN!!!!! I understand one can harvest 3-4 times a year using one of the Phototrons grossing 8-12 ounces...More than enough to make a purchase worth the $$$$$
