That is correct, no dilution. Take some time this weekend to review the dd on the board, it's been thoroughly discussed. Some very good posts by SmallCapsMarket, Nabbbss and others giving good insight into the happenings of TEMN.

have never even once seen a dilutive MM on the ask period. Plenty of large OS stocks that move, remember BBDA?

Now if you look at the NV filings you won't see any preferred shares authorized. Look for another 1B to come off the OS count. Old TEMN management issued themselves 60 preferred shares but never amended The Articles. Likely another reason the chill was placed on the stock. 15 preferred shares each went to the 4 directors. They could be converted into 250MM common shares, but you can't LEGALLY issue UNAUTHORIZED SHARES. Look for a HUGE cancellation, imho.
