Bob, to start on the right footing...

could you make an expose of your "vision" for iHUB, how do you plan to regulate the Boards, the distinction between non-Stock and Stock Boards, how do you see the CoB concept evolving, fleshing out the Terms of Use, providing the CoB with a "Rule Book", with examples, etc...

If we have a Blue-Print from you, we can more easily follow the progress and not be too surprised by abrupt changes... There is a lot of talk on SI about this Message Board becoming a paying one, like SI... Would that make sense?... Would the CoB be paid as well, then?...

I'd be in favor of you expanding that pronouncement to read,

IHub is not a "Basher's" site. Anyone whose primary focus is to come here and just bash others will be promptly shown the door.

While I admire the restraint you've shown since taking over the administration of IHub, I feel it may have a negative effect on the formation of an investing community. The fact that you've tolerated personal abuse on your home thread could easily be construed as setting the standard for acceptable conduct throughout the entire site, and embolden the basher element to ply their trade across the broad specturm of forums.

I'd encourage you to move immediately to rid IHub of these disruptors, and also to delete the threads that have been created for the sole purpose of vilifying others.
