You better check yourself on this quote. You will NEVER know if an investigation has started or is ongoing. EVER. It is something the SEC will NOT divulge until the hammer falls. Period. And a shareholder revolt? How can that happen when Kenny and Timmy own the control block of shares? Not possible to revolt when the hand is dealt from a rigged deck. No Kenny and Timmy are both liars. All one has to do is look at the dismal record completed actions released in PRs.
