Update #2:

For what it's worth, I've recorded an index of shareholders accounting for nearly 47% of the float. These shares are still very heavily weighted (virtually all of them) in strong hands. I am very comfortable calling these shareholders investors.

So as of now, we have roughly confirmed that nearly half of the float is locked.

25 out of 28 total responses were from externally confident, known longs (or from newer posters claiming to be long EDXC) - with many others yet to respond.

Thank you to everyone who is entertaining this attempt to determine the total amount of the float that is locked by iHub users.. keep the data coming!
