kipp440, that "crap" came straight from their 10k. I'm sorry you didn't appreciate it, but I've always appreciated that we could discuss both sides of these stories here in a civil and informed manner.

I think we all realize many of these deeply discounted stocks are cheap for good reason sometimes.....and one needs to consider the potential risks as well as the rewards. I began doing DD on ARSD because I was interested....but I decided the majority ownership structure, the overdue loan, and the environmental issues made it a company I don’t want to invest in.
