InfinitePennyZone, the answer to both of your questions is how "low" do you dare dream (which seems to be where you are at) or how "high" do you dare dream??

Yeah the stock price on the L2 always reaches the highest ASK PRICE everyday in the market.....doesn't it.....lol. (NOT MY OPINION).
