kipp440, the 8K was not a factor in their more the pinks as far as I know .... that was just a secondary comment in my post. The move to the pinks was most likely due to delinquent SEC filings. In 2003 they did not file their 10K for 2002 until December ... 9 months late !

I hope any, and every, one will correct me if I'm wrong, but I think the NAS controls all NAS and BB stocks. Thus, when a stock does not meet their qualifications - whatever that may be - most likely missing quarterly reports, they pull the plug. At the moment they pull the plug, they are automatically only able to be traded on the pinks.
