I said all year that they didn't have a patent and I think most knew this without even looking....it was never in the disclosures and I'm confident if they had the patent the value of that patent would be included as an asset. The fact that the disclosures have said nothing about a pending patent is enough fact for me. But I decided to clear the air here and find out the real answer behind the mysterious patent.
So now we know the truth...that the patent was abandoned.
IMO, this doesn't really change much regarding actual trading bc like I said, I think most people knew this all along. It's a penny stock and a majority of people trade it like one IMO.
The patent was just another tool used to attract buyers....keep people interested. So was TORQ, and we know this bc of what I posted here over the weekend. The main red flag with TORQ is how could DUTV project 17 million in revs without knowing the true value of TORQ? It took months for the half truth to come out in the disclosures that DUTV couldn't assume TORQ assets or liabilities, AND they didn't even know what value TORQ had left...in "IP value".
