I do not think anyone is saying that ACGX is a scam, only that the debt is being actively converted on a consistent basis to shares, rather than using company funds. That being said, I wonder if the debt holders are giving you an extended Thanksgiving break from conversions? If so, you may get a little more of an increase before they start back up.
