I agree! Yes indeed, I truly agree! CEO Danny DOES need assistance,
guidance, and a true Corporate Retailing Master's Hand at the helm
during this VERY CRITICAL JUNCTURE and MILESTONE in BRAV's
development, diversification, and growth.

I'd bet a top-notch Los Angeles/Chicago/New York City Recruiting
firm could be vastly instrumental in finding a sound, solid person
who would be a greatly complementary and congruent "fit" for BRAV's
terrific, tremendous, towering future SUCCESS.

Perhaps even, somebody could be "poached" (it happens all the time)
from say, Nasty Naughty Girl or (yes!) Victoria's not-really-so Secret
who is motivated to "upgrade" their career to something...and some
PLACE...that's a bit more CLASSY while still maintaining that certain
special SASSY. :-D

OR perhaps someone who's tired of working for a...ahem..."Lemon"
and who NOW wishes to make LEMONADE! ;-)

There are several fairly well-connected BRAV Shareholders here
who keep in rather regular touch with Danny Alex.

Something tells me that THEY already have at least TRIED to persuade
Danny as-to the INCREASINGLY PRESSING NEED for such a person.

To which I advise, counsel, and PRAY that THEY continue gently-but-persistently
nudging Danny Alex toward splitting/sharing his OPERATING TASKS
and OBLIGATIONS with this person...AND that Danny relinquish
just a wee-bit of his hubris (despite the fact, IMO, that Danny truly IS
brilliant in many respects) and seek-and-HEAR-and-HEED the advisement
and guidance of this high-level Managerial newcomer. (Assuming
this "newcomer" isn't totally, plumb crazy and incompetent of course,
but that is a "given" in this proposition.)

NOTE that I clearly said Danny needs the help, input, guidance,
and suggestions regarding his OPERATIONS. NOT necessarily
his ALREADY PROVEN, precocious, and perspicacious strengths in
Marketplace/Consumer awareness, Fashion Merchandising, Online Website
conception/creation/launching, and his prowess in SEO.

Friends, it's not that big-a-deal.

I'm going to DARE TO SAY that some of the most prideful, vainglorious,
and headstrong Captains and Pioneers of Silicon Valley and the
High-Tech World have HAD TO compromise, if not entirely capitulate,
to the injection of such outside help. Yes, Mr. Gates, Mr. Jobs,
Messers Hewlett/Packard, and even the disgusting, distressing,
most obnoxious Zuckerberg have availed themselves.
