The article does not say the guy works for DHS....it says he works for Boeing the way I read it. Someone said a long time ago that the contract would be a secret and that the Gen-3 systems would be installed secretly.
Why would an 8K need to be filed? Boeing can do whatever they want with MBand, They can build it and sell it to whomever they want, PSID has nothing but the refill's for the water that goes in it. If there is solid DD on Boeing building or servicing Biowatch Gen-3 I'd sure like to learn more.
What I don't remember about the Boeing deal was it perpetuity or did it have an expiration date on the alleged 2.5 million dollar deal?
