I hope you are right. But, without money to pay DW or the auditors, it probably won't be filed for a very long time. I did some DD, and there wasn't one out of eight auditors I talked to that would work with AAPT without a huge retainer and fees paid in full before they would allow AAPT to file anything. It's a small world out there and word gets around very quickly.
