I am not sure if it is "Kreyenhagen Trend Prospect" or "Kreyenhagen acreage Prospect". Kreyenhagen Trend Prospect is something in which GRPR has working interest and solimar working as operator as per 2011 article.

Why? Solimar never ever mentioned Grid. Why would they do it now?
The only one who claims there is a JV between the two companies, is Grid. Actually I don't see any reason for Solimar to join forces with Grid, as they don't have anything to offer. Just make no sense.
