"Protecting shareholder equity" = "Trade secrets", also, disseminating all info would give others your work and your bought and paid for data, which they may use to your detriment, for nothing - does that make sense?

As far as staking, it involves cost burdens and such. At this point, maybe there is not yet enough information >>IN DETAIL << to direct the effort . . . Do we know what Bureaucratic and legal limits there are? Also, when you stake, you have to maintain through 'activity' and so forth - it may not make sense Timeline-wise. Why not stake the whole frigging state? Because there are limitations in some form or another.

Leif's correct,up to the point of delineation, and so far, this is as much a scientific and academic endeavor as anything else - such things, at this stage, are not driven by speculative fever . . . . that comes later.

Your first question is a positive one. I will give you a
positive answer here. Simply put, LBSR doesn't have leasure money at hand to pay extra fees for new claims.

some thoughts :

In NR 155,it stated fixed wing ZTEM fly increased from 786.3km at 200m spacing to 1,805 km; the increased part was at 400m spacing. That makes the total area covered
about 218 sq. mi.( 218 sq. mi. ring the bell? go to NR129....the intrusion covers about 215 sq.mi.)

In NR 156, it stated Geotech recommended a heli-ZTEM be
flown overPrime Target Area.

In NR 162,funny things here, it stated ZTEM has been flown
268.88 mile at 200m and 400m spacing. That covered a area of ~50 sq.mi.(at 300m average spacing) Maybe this is the dimention of the Prime Target Area?

We know the total Hay Mtn. claims add up to 13.45 sq.mi.

LBSR needs,roughly,to pay 3 times morethan what is paid now to expand Hay Mtn. claims to ~50 sq.mi. Not to say expanding claims to 218 sq.mi. to cover the whole "Intrusion"

Now the question: where and when can JB get the money needed to drill core samples and pay increased fees for expanded HM claims? Because these are the necessities JB
has to face and quick.

you have to show your ZTEM results to get an investor ....what's to stop that investor from acquiring adjacent claims?
