Its pretty interesting they are willing to take up to 5 million shares. So right off the bat if they did a 10 million offering half of it is looking like its gone. I think your right there is a good chance this closes green tomorrow.

SQNS lol @ bailout claim. Looks like this thing will trade in the range of 1.5 to 2 until more revenues are coming in.
