Note that site is the Primex oil site. Why should FVSTA management be believed about Chedty? Because the prior Primex management provided evidence the site exists. But the prior Primex management is the same FVSTA management, subtracting one Canadian, and adding one Russian. Outside of FVSTA, Primex, and penny promotional sites, Chedty Neft references seem non-existent. Thus, one ends up with you should believe FVSTA because they say it's so. Yet the SEC reasons for suspension included :
The SEC seems to not believe.
The problem is the existence of a Miller and Lents report can not be verified. Also how can a company release ANY details of "confidential" results?
I had someone send me a PM scolding me about Miller and Lents, indicating they had called M&L, and had confirmed the report. So much for confidentiality. LOL A M&L isn't going to answer any question about a former client over the phone, outside of whatever already exists as a link on their site - there is none for FVSTA. Especially when a company is under SEC investigation, another is not going to comment. However just for fun I sent them a more generic Email yesterday, asking them if they ever conducted an oil survey on a Russian oil field with the name of: "Chedtyiskoye". If so is there any summary report on the study available online? Purposely I avoided any inclusion of a client name. So far, no reply. Don't expect a reply.
Which goes back to yet another problem. A Lukoil presumably with an adjacent property, passed on bidding for this field when it went from Dittmer to Primex, and passed a second time when it went from Primex to FVSTA. We have a Russian private company placing its assets up for sale. If it were all that is claimed why wouldn't Lukoil flush with cash make a cash bid. Where as part of the process they would request and be granted access to any past M&L report. Instead no interest from any of the Russian major oil companies, and the Russian property gets sold to a Canadian company for what? Millions of penny shares in a company whose balance sheet isn't the picture of health.
As things stand, the only value the property has is to be used in a penny stock P&D.
What is interesting in the link you provided is a clearer picture of the convoluted share ownership.
