I could see another round two in the toxic debt refinancing(s) to clear some more debt. Peter definitely will want to get out from under that company debt that has his personal guarantees.
As I have said many months ago...excluding all the BS....he will ultimately want to get away from the personal guarantees. His only asset are the unlimited shares he can authorize and sell.
Yes, I agree there will be another round of promotions and subsequently rapid drop in price. I am unsure of the timing ... you may be right in regards to the timing.
Peter does not want to spend his later years behind bars( I bet he's the old man at the door someone mentioned), but at the villa he owns in Greece. I truly would not be surprised if one of the Saenz yachts were moored there....thus the reason for his trips to Greece. Good exit strategy. Too little of impact for extradition.
