Converting all debt then committing to a R/S is starting to look very much like what this a-hole is doing.

Selling the company will look a lot more attractive to a buyer with 0 debt and a cleaned up SS.

Nice f-ing guy this CEO, use OPM to clean his debt then tell everyone to stuff it...how is that not illegal when he has used filings and PR to excite buyers and garner interest?
