I do agree there are people with tinted glasses on both sides working towards personal agendas so I hope no one would ever trade a stock based upon what the read.
If anyone wants transparency they should ask FLST to post the merger Docs and conditions in their entirety so everyone can see the truth and what went were and whos getting what.
I think in this case the truth will be painful !!!!!!!!!!!!!! but I could be wrong, just don't think so
