Oh I a am very accredited ..... Kidrin has been taking 175k ,car allowance , annual pay increases etc he has not deferred recently........read past 10 q
Not saying he should not but Jesus get some support for the stock first .......the private placement was not announced to the public .......sweetheart deal ......loan the company funds at a reasonable rate not a 400% return Christ it's bs .........this is what hurts creditibilty ........
