From a purely stock trading perspective, it might be nothing more than a few UGSI stockholders getting frustrated with the inability of the stock to make a healthy upward move - and selling - and some other investors jumping on the opportunity to buy some shares at what they believe is a cheap price.
Regardless, I am always happy to see some activity.
