yes. Maybe David retired some. I don't know.

No doubt this company has great ideas and product.

But it is a pink...at least for now. I do like to find out as much as I can about the shares.

I can see the O/S got down to 371 million after the announcement of share retirement. It has slowly built back up to 528 million. Also the restricted share count has dropped from 173 million to 77 million. I don't have the inner details or have any solid guesses.

David did say the O/S would be in flux because of acquisitions. He responded to the above notice.

Anyway....just interested if anyone knew what amount of shares David is holding now. Maybe the reporting isn't required for him. I sent an inquiry to the email you provided. thx.
