I'm not but apparently, according to MJNA's website, CANV is not part of their portfolio. By the way, MJNA's holdings in CANV is only 15% when one adjusts for CANV dilution.

Secondly, in their disclosure, when they review their portfolios, CANV is not on the list. Go check out "Subsidiaries Corporate Investments" - CANV is not there. Please show me exactly which page on their disclosure did it state that CANV is part of their portfolio.

so, whomever stated CANV is part of MJNA's portfolio is wrong.
