Blue, the key to that statement is, "if they want to sell shares". ACGX is not selling shares to meet their daily cash flow needs. Companies that do so will in fact be forced to PR to prop up the share price. ACGX is doing nothing other than just letting the debt convert to shares. Even if it takes 10B shares to convert 100% of the debt, it has done no harm to the business, as long as they are not intending to use shares for cash flow activities.

Nah.. They want it down first so they can reload in the $0.000's.. There was just a $0.007 bid and was pulled and made an offer.. WTF..

THEY MUST MAKE PROMOTION IF THEY WANNA SELL SHARES
