Well, 20 million RESTRICTED SHARES were issued to him April 12, 2013. It has been over 6 months. I didn't notice any substantial change of the restricted shares with the TA since October 12th.

So.....where are they? Is 6 months no longer the rule on restricted shares...before they come off restriction?

Not being critical of your statement by all means....just looking for clarification...
