Everyone knows about how Finra records their short numbers. It's been discussed a zillion times on multiple Boards besides this one.
If you want fiction short numbers stay with Finra.
If you want Actuals then go to the OTC or OTCBB

You make the call, but all understand Finra is INACCURATE, and only because if how they record a short.
