But seriously the dilution is not that much compared to other stocks and quite frankly I expected dilution because this is a penny stock; they need to issue more shares to help grow the company especially now more than ever. This company is still undervalued and they are still growing.
In regards to the Search Engine Optimization I think they should consider doing that or at least buy some ad space from google it doesn't cost very much. And I am recommended the sites, not the stock, by word of mouth that is one of my contributions.
I will state this for the record that I am not trading PHOT because I am not a day trader, I buy and hold because I am a disciplined investor. For one I would not sell this stock at all just because of an earnings miss or just because of some dilution.
Actually I may even scoop up a some more shares if these bashers are correct on their erroneous projections. I'm in it for the long term.
