Yes, there has absolutely been dilution here. The hard numbers don't lie. Take a look at the real data. DD will prove there has been a sizable increase in the float in a short period of time. I tried to point this out while it was happening, but people didn't want to hear it. Hopefully the selling is done soon. SG really needs to clean up the share structure here (via some method besides a R/S).
