Why would Documents not available for public access?

If dy is a bona fide poster, I can guess a reason;

(to comb through them for 'sealing' recent stuff
as part of a s...ttlement, such as transcript of hynie
recent filings and pleadings regarding frice pixing)

If dy is another shill like sandsurf2k might be,
then the imminence rumor might be for such reasons
as holding up feb premiums.

dy has included some tidbits with the ring of truth;
regarding the clerk and the 'paper case' document story...
