The conviction is rooted in the law as written and it is the law that should be followed in these cases.

However, regardless of convictions and perhaps even the law, lawyers, judges and courts will litigate, hear testimony, argue, deliberate and make decisions without my or others input in accordance with the law, against it or in some partial sense.

So my conviction really does not matter in the court of law were I am not present or active. That conviction is measured in words, thoughts and feelings that count for me but are not determinative in deciding the outcomes of the consolidated and non-consolidated cases. That being so I am a spectator on the sidelines making comments...
