No. They do not know what they have. If they did, there would be no need for a pilot plant. The pilot plant is the first step to finding out what they have. If they knew what they had already, they could build a full-size, commercial-grade revenue-producing plant instead. But again, they DON'T know what they have. That's the purpose of the pilot plant.
