There's obviously issues if just last week in their SEC filing the company was still claiming December completion of the pilot plant. Pack of liars is what they are.
But it does not surprise me in the least that once again they're missing a deadline and moving the goal post as if nothing happened. Also once again, shareholders rudely get no explanation. Price definitely headed south from here. Deservedly.
