That's all the employees got? They deserve more than that. I sure as hell have more shares than both of them combined and I don't put in 1/10th of the work they do.
Maybe they bought more on the open market like other higher up's in NTEK.....I would be buying more if I was them!
Great point nuub! It is always a great idea to issue stocks to employees. It makes them feel that they have a stake in the success of the company. All three of the last companies that I worked for gave shares either as part of my 401k or just as a bonus. It was great to see the company do well and the pps to go up. I definately felt more connected to the company. Go long NTEK!
At ONE POINT nuubie,...if you read the filings & listen to the 1st Annual Shareholder Meeting...EVERYONE on staff at NTEK was getting paid in shares. NO ONE was taking a salary, money was tight & IF YOU THINK ABOUT it that is SMART: Instead of some unrelated entity getting discounted shares at 50% or more off-price.
The HARD-WORKING staff got them...& likely continued to work hard until they matured: Silicon Valley style...
IR is worth every single one of their 150,000 shares & I hope they do VERY WELL with those shares. I hope they GOT MORE too!!
