Drug testing for a job will never be ruled unconstitutional because you can choose that profession or some other one where they don't.

Exactly. The same can go with the beer and alcohol industry. Is Jim Koch the founder of Sam Adams brewery, an alcoholic that ran his company down? There are functional people who smoke and drink as there are dysfunctional.
