SBC - the one off issues include:
1. Charges related to their large debt conversion which occured over the summer(fees associated with it, plus a premium that they had paid for early conversion)
2. Migration to new software platform which had complications (resolved in Q3)
3. Bad debt charge of $200k
4. SOX consulting charge of approx $400k
5. A chinese telco entered into a strange agreement which put a lot traffic onto IBAS network, which then went away (creating a suprising Q1 surge, followed by a Q2 and 3 retraction in chinese traffic)
However, October set traffic records, and the CEO recently commented on stable pricing.
