That's correct. Most of the time it will only be a month or 2 but as you yourself posted Protonix was filed 6-2010 but wasn't pr'ed as accepted until 4 months later. That's why you had it at 40 months already. We're only speculating when the clock starts so I would assume if there's something wrong with the filing they'll notify the company something needs attention and start the clock when everything's looks ok, imo.
