Stocks can make anyone look like a fool when we try to predict things, but since you asked I can only say this is different then the earlier release. This time it is a drug approval so there should be a big spike and a sell off, then the stock will follow an uptrend hopefully.
Realistically this stock won't see its full potential though until we get more drug approvals. At that time anyone selling tomorrow will probably wish they had stayed in, I also could see this as a $20 stock given 5 or 6 approvals.
If you're looking at the next approvals after all the Focalin's, I believe Protonix is next hitting 36 months since filing last month. No lawsuits pending. Effexor XR actually has 42 months now as we speak since filing but I believe the lawsuit settlement may have set it back until late next yr. Obviously as a share holder I hope that the company has learned some standard short cuts as Focalin was intially filed 5yrs ago with approval given 44 months after the lawsuit settled. We shall see how the others go.
