You seem like a bright guy - and apparently a very patient one. Don't you understand why folks are crying foul on this board - me being one. They tease with tweets, they don't follow through, they give lame excuses like Simon is still counting - by the way, he must be a slow counter because that was from 9/4, they forecast conservative revenue of $17m and then the latest q shows zero, they haven't issued a formal PR since February etc etc etc. Investors don't even know if the Twitter account is DUTV - management should have either confirmed or denied this months ago - too much speculation for the company to ignore it.

And just because there isn't any apparent dilution you say this is ok and we shouldn't cry foul like 5th gradres - I respeftfully disagree.

im guessing (pure speculation) there may be issues aside from the possibility of "dilution"----ya think THAT is the only concern ?!!?
