Well yeah, if it goes to the low 2's, why not the high 1's, and if it goes to the high 1's, why not the low 1's, and if it goes to the low 1's, why not just go to .80, and if it goes to .80 well it will probably go to .01, and if .01, why not just subpenny, and if subpenny, then 0.
